It's a paper model of Hatsune Miku.
Got it from pepakura gallery and using pepakura viewer.
I just assembled it from the pattern lol

EDIT :
GAH !! I might make another miku soon. With another face... I accidentally hit this one with my bag T.T And now, her head is... !#$^@$%&!#
